I had a thought today about the proposed bailout of the US auto makers.  Now, I’ve got a position which I won’t get to in this space.  But this right-wing meme about how it’s the unions that are responsible for this problem?  It reminds me a lot of hearing during the strike about how the failure rate of stinkers on Broadway are somehow the fault of labor costs for stagehands.
